Elizabeth Leigh Vassey

American actress Elizabeth Leigh Vassey was born August 9 the year 1972. Her credits include Emily Ann Sago in the television series All My Children, Captain Liberty in the 2001 television show The Tick, Wendy Simms in the TV series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation as well as Nikki Beaumont in the web series Nikki & Nora. Vassey was a teenager Emily Ann Sago on the soap series All My Children from 1988 to 1991. From 2004 to 2005, she appeared in a recurring role on the TV show Tru Calling as Dr. Carrie Allen.She was featured in several episodes on the sitcom Two and a Half Men. Vassey played Wendy Simms' recurring role in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation from 2005 to 2010. Vassey was promoted from a regular cast member to the Wendy Simms character in the tenth season , and started appearing in the opening credits. Entertainment Weekly reported on June 1st of 2010 that Vassey will not return for the show's eleventh season. She was a guest on one episode of that season.Vassey made a cameo on Joss Whedon's web-based musical, Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along blog, as "Fury Leika". Vassey is married to David Emmerichs, a camera operator.In 2002, along with fellow actress Kristin Bauer, Vassey started a company called Neurosis to create a T(ee) which makes and sells slogan-covered T-shirts for women. The slogans are humorous and poke fun at the neuroses and worries of women that often refer to relationships.
