Annie Wersching
Annie Wersching (born March 28, 1977) is an American actor who is known for her role as Renee Walker in the American television series 24 as well as the voice work and motion capture for the character Tess in Naughty Dog's video game The Last of Us. Wersching was born in St. Louis, Missouri and was raised in the city. She attended high school at Crossroads College Preparatory School in the Central West End of St. Louis which she graduated from in 1995. Star Trek: Enterprise was her first act. She then was able to appear in guest roles on shows such as Charmed and Killer Instinct. She also appeared on Supernatural. From March 2007 through November 2007 she had acting as Amelia Joffe on ABC Daytime's soap drama General Hospital. She has worked in theatres like Victory Gardens. Marriott Lincolnshire. The Utah Shakespearean Festival. She also competed in Irish dancing and was a member of the St. Louis Celtic Stepdancers. She has an undergraduate degree in Fine Arts degree from Millikin University in musical theater. After her two-season run on 24 Wersching was a guest on a variety of shows which included CSI, NCIS, Rizzoli and Isles Hawaii Five-0, Body of Proof, Dallas, Revolution, Castle, Blue Bloods, The Vampire Diaries and Touch (which features her 24 co-star Kiefer Sutherland). In 2014, she appeared as a regular series regular for the Amazon Prime crime program Bosch. Wersching played the role catcher for the National League during the 2009 Taco Bell All-Star Legends, Celebrity Softball Game. Wersching also played the role of Tess in The Last of Us on PlayStation 3. Geoff Keighley teased Wersching's character via Twitter, and her identity was revealed in the Spike Video Game Awards story trailer on December 7 December 7, 2012. Wersching was to play the part of the Borg Queen in Star Trek: Picard in season 2.
